What to Expect on Fitting Day

We want fitting day to go smoothly for you. Here’s what to expect when our fitter arrives.

Before we arrive

You don’t need to do much — just make sure the windows we’re fitting are easy to get to and free of anything fragile. We’ll bring everything we need, including tools, ladders, and protective covers.

During the fitting

Our fitter will:

  • Arrive promptly within the agreed time window
  • Treat your home with care, using protective sheets where needed
  • Fit each blind neatly, securely, and to the agreed specification
  • Check alignment and operation of every blind before finishing

Feel free to ask questions as we go — we want you to feel completely confident with how everything works.

After we’re done

We’ll tidy up, take away all the packaging, and give you a full demonstration of your new blinds. If you’ve gone for motorised blinds, we’ll show you how to operate and recharge them too.
