How Our Measuring & Fitting Service Works

We want to make the whole process easy, accurate, and stress-free — from the moment you get in touch to the moment your new blinds are up.

Step 1 – Book your free survey

We’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your home or business. During the survey, we’ll measure your windows precisely, show you fabric and component samples, and talk through the best options for your space. You don’t need to measure anything yourself — that’s our job.

Step 2 – Your personalised quote

After the survey, we’ll send you a detailed quotation based on the products, fabrics, and finishes you’ve chosen. No pressure — just clear, transparent pricing.

Step 3 – Made to measure

Once you’re happy and approve the quote, your blinds go into production. This typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the type of blind.

Step 4 – Professional fitting

As soon as your blinds are ready, we’ll be in touch to book a fitting date that works for you. Our fitter will arrive on time, protect your home, and fit each blind carefully and securely. We’ll check the operation and show you how everything works before we leave.

Step 5 – Aftercare

We’re always here if you have questions or need adjustments down the line. Our aftercare and warranty policies mean you can rely on us long after your blinds are fitted.
