Even after your warranty period has ended, we’re still happy to help with maintenance, adjustments, or repairs — that’s what we’re here for.
When a call-out fee applies
A standard £40 call-out fee applies for:
- Blinds that are outside of the warranty period
- Blinds not originally supplied or fitted by us
- Parts or accessories (motors, chains, brackets, batteries, etc.) that are out of warranty
- Small adjustments, re-hanging, or advice visits not linked to a new order
This covers travel and the first 30 minutes on site. If further work or parts are needed, we’ll always give you a quote before going ahead.
