VERTICAL BLINDS

Vertical Blinds provide one of the most versatile forms of window shading available..Vertical blinds offer complete or partial privacy and can be used as room dividers or screens.
Vertical blinds have simple but effective controls which allow the vertical blind slats to be traversed across the window and rotated through 180 degrees to allow maximum flexibility and light control.
You can request vertical blind samples by telephone or e mail.The colour and texture of our vertical blinds represented on computer monitors may vary. Where a specific vertical blind colour match is required we would be pleased to provide you with sample swatches. If you can specify a colour preference we can send you a larger fabric sample. A larger swatch allows you to hold the fabric against the window and see how it looks with light behind it.

One of the most popular and practical uses for vertical blinds is in conservatories or sun rooms. Fully closed vertical blinds not only offer privacy but protection from strong sunlight. With the slats tilted vertical blinds still offer a degree of privacy without much restriction of light.
Vertical blinds can be installed to fit especially neatly as the headrail is available in white or chocolate brown but take up almost all of the window ledge. If you choose vertical blinds you will be unable to position ornaments in the same place.

Fabric composition 100% polyester.

Flame retardant : complies with BS5867(1980 Part 2, Type B),
CAN/ULC-S-109-M87(92-503), NFPA 701(Large & Small)
AS/NZS 1530.3-1999.

Colour Fastness : tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 105-B01:1999.

VERTICAL BLIND PRICING

When pricing vertical blinds please use the dimension immediately larger than the dimension you require eg. The cost of a DIY vertical blind 1450mm wide and 1450mm drop will be calculated at 1524mm wide and 1524mm drop which will cost £51.

Includes white or chocolate brown headrail supplied with all necessary fixing brackets.

Vertical blinds will be manufactured with 90mm(3.5") width slats and includes white plastic bottom stabilising chains.

127mm(5") width slats are available at no extra cost.

All prices include VAT.

REPLACEMENT VERTICAL BLIND SLATS

It is possible to order new slats for your vertical blinds. The individual new slats must be the same width as your old ones to be compatible with your existing vertical blind track.

To obtain a price measure the window width and drop and the price for your slats is 2/3 of the price for a complete blind. For example the price of a self fit complete vertical blind for a window 1500mm wide and 1400 mm drop is £39. Divide by 3 and multiply by 2 to obtain your DIY price of £26 for slats only.

We will need a sample of one of your old slats to allow us to make the slats to the same dimensions and to ensure that the attachment hangers will be the of the same type. Replacement weights and chains are included.(Thanks Mrs Wright)
